β β β β β Questo ristorante, nel Borgo di Montefiascone, nella parte piΓΉ alta della Rocca dei Papi, Γ¨ diventato per noi un posto quasi familiare, una tappa per tutte le volte che si viene in Tuscia, terra dell'alto Lazio, tutta da scoprire.
I proprietari sono molto accoglienti, i piatti davvero speciali, con ottimi prodotti locali e una vasta selezione di vini, molti del territorio, tutti da degustare in buona compagnia.
Da provare: le selezioni di formaggi e salumi e i fegatelli con foglie di alloro ?
 This restaurant, in the Borgo di Montefiascone, in the highest part of the Rocca dei Papi, has become an almost familiar place for us, a stop for every time you come to Tuscia, a land of northern Lazio, to be discovered.
The owners are very welcoming, the dishes really special, with excellent local products and a wide selection of wines, many from the territory, all to be tasted in good company.
To try: the selections of cheeses and cured meats and the liver with bay leaves ?
