★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with big collection of wines for each budget, excellent proseco (tried brut D.O.C.G. and extra dry), large variety of cold cuts and cheese and above all - Mauro, very hospitable owner and his friendly and professional staff. The interior is so inviting that you can spend quite some time wondering around and inhaling the local atmosphere. That opens the appetite and sets the mood right to experience local food not found elsewhere.
We had brut and extra dry prosecco (served at very right temperature) and a plate with mortadella, prosciutto cotto, soppressa con filetto and salame artigianale ai ferri. While the first three are delicious and can be found elsewhere, the salame artigianale (coming from a place north of Padova) was the jewel of the evening. It also the first one to end. So try it, if you're lucky to find it there!
Overall, very good experience with excellent value for your money! Will definitely visit again to try out other wines and food.
