Ho provato a far presente il problema ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Bad experience, they sent me a wrong wine and another with a badly damaged label. Oggi mi risponde che era la perfezione assoluta quel vini dopo averlo assaggiato . Così chiedo a questo giovane esperto che me lo ha venduto come mai ogni volta che chiedo a lui le bottiglie a casa non si bevono? Ho la sensazione che mi hai individuato come il destinatario di bottiglie non pregiate vista la mia inesperienza . Lui mi risponde “ una persona che beve “Il Bruciato” a me non deve proprio chiedere consiglio !! No ma io dico la maleducazione di questo giovane toscano che si sentiva offeso ??? Ridicolo , maleducato e spocchioso . Spero non sia il proprietario . una vergogna !!!! A	Arcangelo Ciccone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato bene mi servivano delle bottiglie 0.20 di champagne quasi introvabili e loro non solo le avevano ma sono riusciti a procurarmene altre dalla Francia .li consiglio e poi sono ben forniti e si trovano in una zona classificata borghese I was happy they needed 0.20 bottles of champagne almost impossible to find and they not only had them but they managed to get me more from France.

Ti lasciano girare per il negozio, senza consigliarti. Se chiedi un consiglio ti rispondono con sufficienza (ma se fossi stato un esperto, non avrei chiesto un consiglio, giusto?). Ma un gesto di simpatia. In zona Prati-Vigna Clara consiglio l'enoteca delle Vittorie, Via Montesanto 14.

Nel documento di viaggio oltretutto è riportata l'annata corretta dell'ordine (ovvero 2017), ma in realtà non è così. Chiunque venda vino, non per soldi ma per passione, è a conoscenza del fatto che un annata non è uguale a un'altra. FORTEMENTE DELUSO, specialmente al 21/12 in cui non è possibile eseguire un reso prima di Natale. Ordered n. 2 bottles of "Rossobastardo" SIGNAE winery from 2017. No. 2 bottles of Rossobastardo from 2019. In addition, the travel document shows the correct vintage of the order (i.e. 2017), but in reality this is not the case. Anyone who sells wine, not for money but for passion, is aware of the fact that one vintage is not the same as another. They kept me the bottle which was there for me more than a month after !!! Great service and a lot of choice. Hopefully for me, I am not drinking anymore alcool because I would have gone crazy being in that place. Great selection of fine wines at affordable prices.
