Giorgio is such a polite contact who answers questions immediately and with great transparency throughout the whole process. The watch was shipped very fast and arrived in properly protected packaging.
I recommend Duca Orologi to every (vntage) Rolex collector as the watch came in original almost NOS-like condition with matching parts (production year matches clasp code, booklets etc.) at a very reasonable price.
Thank you Giorgio...i‘m looking forward to my next order at Duca Orologi.

The communication with the store was smooth and fast.
I’ve been told by the store’s sales manager (Giorgio) that the watch I planed to buy was in an excellent condition.
And it really is. To be honest, even better than I expected from a pre-owned watch.
I took the watch to a watchmaker who also confirmed that the watch is in an excellent shape. (Inside and outside too.)
Before I bought the watch through Chrono24 I read the reviews that other custumers wrote about Gioielleria Duca and they were all positive and good experiences.
Shipping took less than 24 hours from Rome to Budapest. I ordered the watch on Monday morning and I received it the next morning. Which is pretty amazing nowdays!!
Wrapping of the watch also looked very nice.
I even got a little Christmas present from the store, which is a really kind gesture.
I definetly recommend Gioielleria Duca to other timepiece lovers as well.
