F	FEDERICO C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso è a dir poco riduttivo. Scrivo per esperienza, mea culpa, ripetuta più volte. Tralasciamo l’ordine effettuato su Glovo e che, chiamando dopo un’ora il ristorante non avendo notizie sull’app in quanto consegnato da loro, mi dicono di non aver ricevuto per colpa di Glovo stesso, su cui voglio dare il beneficio del dubbio e per cui contatterò Glovo direttamente. Chiamata fatta alle 21.20 e il ristorante mi dice che siccome hanno altre consegne in zona (e siamo a meno di 2km da loro) il tempo di preparare e la consegna sarà effettuata. Ore 22:21 richiamo non avendo ricevuto ancora nulla. Sempre tenendo conto che siamo a meno di 2 km da loro mi viene detto che sta arrivando. Arrivo effettivo ore 23. Ritengo pertanto che abbiano preparato solo quando sollecitato o che abbiano enormi problemi gestionali sulle consegne. Odio essere preso per il c* e penso che in questa attività sia una prassi. Dulcis in fundo il cibo è arrivato totalmente freddo, tutto: panini, patate e fritti. Un consiglio spassionato, evitate il delivery come la peste che sia direttamente chiamando il ristorante o passando per servizi terzi di delivery, a meno che non vogliate mangiare, freddo, in non meno di 2 ore. Shameful is nothing short of an understatement. I write from experience, mea culpa, repeated several times. We leave out the order placed on Glovo and that, calling the restaurant after an hour having no news on the app as it was delivered by them, they tell me that they have not received it because of Glovo himself, on which I want to give the benefit of the doubt and so I will contact Glovo directly. Call made at 21.20 and the restaurant tells me that since they have other deliveries in the area (and we are less than 2km from them) the time to prepare and the delivery will be made. 22:21 hours recall not having received anything yet. Always taking into account that we are less than 2 km from them, I am told that it is coming. Actual arrival at 11 pm. I therefore believe that they have prepared only when requested or that they have enormous management problems on deliveries. I hate being taken for the * and I think that in this activity it is a practice. Last but not least the food arrived totally cold, everything: sandwiches, potatoes and fried. A dispassionate advice, avoid delivery like the plague whether it is directly by calling the restaurant or passing through third-party delivery services, unless you want to eat, cold, in no less than 2 hours.
G	Giorgia Zaccarini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato a scrivere..una volta può capitare un ritardo di 20 minuti..ma stasera doveva arrivare alle 21..un ora mi hanno detto serviva..e invece ore 21,15 ancora nulla chiamo e mi dicono che è umano un po' di ritardo ci sta e che è in produzione e a breve parte già sbagliato il giustificarsi sei in fallo punto scusati..chissà perché alle 21,45 ancora nulla..alla fine l ordine è arrivato alle 21,50 dopo che abbiamo chiamato due volte....pessima esperienza..... I waited to write .. once it can happen a delay of 20 minutes .. but tonight it was supposed to arrive at 9pm .. one hour they told me it was necessary .. and instead at 9.15 pm I still call nothing and they tell me that it is a little human 'there is a delay and that it is in production and soon it is already wrong to justify yourself you are at fault, sorry ... who knows why at 9:45 pm still nothing ... in the end the order arrived at 9:50 pm after we called twice .... bad experience .....

Abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere di Trento e ci è stato detto che non aprono una bottiglia per due bicchieri,quindi o vi prendete la bottiglia oppure se volete un bicchiere vi do' il prosecco! Abbiamo anche chiesto alla cameriera se potesse consigliarci qualche vino e lei ci ha risposto che non li conosceva perché non beve vino! Sei seria?????? Quindi che scrivessero birreria! It says it's a wine shop, but it's only a brewery !!!!! We asked for a glass of Trento and we were told that they don't open a bottle for two glasses, so either you take the bottle or if you want a glass I'll give you prosecco! We also asked the waitress if she could recommend some wine and she replied that she didn't know them because she doesn't drink wine! Are you serious?????? So let them write brewery!

Bella l'area esterna che si affaccia sul b. go San Rocco. Piatti tradizionali abbondanti, ma anche hamburger e insalate. Vini,10 birre alla spine e un'infinità di distillati. Aperto fino a tarda notte. Historic restaurant in Ravenna. Inside still sits hand-stuffed and tables that speak of history. Beautiful outdoor area overlooking the b. go San Rocco. Generous traditional dishes, but also burgers and salads. Wines, 10 draft beers and an infinite number of spirits. Open until late at night.

Location senza tanti fronzoli che però racconta la sua storia, come un vecchio pub irlandese ma con l'arredo delle vecchie osterie romagnole. Durante la ns visita il locale era poco affollato. Il menu è vario e, accanto ai piatti tipici romagnoli offre anche una bella scelta di hamburger sulla quale ci siamo orientati; naturalmente accompagnati da patate fritte e da ottimi jalapenos. Ho apprezzato, oltre alla cordialità, la competenza della ragazza che ci ha servito a proposito di birre e vino. Prezzi adeguati. Local historian in Borgo San Rocco in Ravenna. Location without many frills that however tells its story, like an old Irish pub but with the decor of the old Romagna taverns. During our visit the place was not very crowded. The menu is varied and, alongside the typical Romagna dishes, it also offers a nice choice of hamburgers on which we oriented ourselves; naturally accompanied by fried potatoes and excellent jalapenos. I appreciated, in addition to the friendliness, the competence of the girl who served us about beers and wine. Adequate prices.

F	Free Breaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome local spot with super friendly folks. Wide selection of beer plus local, national and international wines. Panini are delicious! When there's a soccer game on, they put out a big TV and it's good fun. I was lucky to catch the World Cup final and make a few new friends.
