★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un cabernet sauvignon Californiano della cantina Mondavi, 13° unico dubbio annata 1999, mi pareva un po vecchio comunque mi è stato venduto come buna annata: il vino era più che defunto. A tavola c'era pure una persona che ha fatto il corso per somelier 1° livello che già quando a visto l'annata ha sbarrato gli occhi, poi assaggiato, gentilmente ha consigliato di metterlo nel decanter per qualche ora per vedere se ossigenandolo riprende e versandolo sono scesi anche tutti i lieviti solidificati.
Ovviamente ho chiamato per far presente che magari le altre bottiglie che hanno non è il caso di venderle o di controllarle, mi è stato consigliato a posteriori di magari andava messo un po' in frigo prima e i vini può accadere di beccare una bottiglia non buona è il bello del vino.
Al che 2 considerazoni:
1) un cabernet sauvignon (non riserva) di 13° magari non dura 18 anni (c'era anche una bottiglia del '97)
2) se vado in una enogastronomia perchè non conosco i vini magari mi aspetto un consiglio per avere una bottiglia buona da bere sennò vado al supermercato.
Purchased a Californian cabernet sauvignon from the Mondavi winery, the 13th only doubt vintage 1999, it seemed a little old to me however it was sold as a good vintage: the wine was more than deceased. At the table there was also a person who took the course for somelier 1st level who already when he saw the vintage widened his eyes, then tasted, kindly advised to put it in the decanter for a few hours to see if oxygenating it resumes and pouring it also dropped all the solidified yeasts.
Obviously I called to point out that maybe the other bottles they have do not have to be sold or checked, I was advised in retrospect that maybe it should have been put in the fridge a little earlier and the wines can happen to pick up a bad bottle. the beauty of wine.
To which 2 considerations:
1) a 13th cabernet sauvignon (no reserve) maybe it doesn't last 18 years (there was also a bottle from '97)
2) if I go to a food and wine because I don't know the wines maybe I would expect a tip to have a good bottle to drink otherwise I go to the supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordialità zero, abbiamo preso del prosciutto crudo 24 mesi, prezzi esagerati e il prosciutto non sapeva di nulla. Non lo consiglio proprio. Volevo incentivare l’economia locale ma con grande dispiacere non sono rimasta colpita positivamente ne del prodotto tantomeno del servizio
Zero friendliness, we took raw ham 24 months, exaggerated prices and the ham tasted like nothing. I really don't recommend it. I wanted to encourage the local economy but with great regret I was not positively impressed with the product, much less the service
