★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro questo negozio che vende pochissimi prodotti ma tutti di elevata qualità, vi compro sempre la bottarga di muggine sarda, a volte le olive, tonno sott'olio e sgombro in tranci.ha anche prodotti come il tarantello sott'olio di Carloforte che è una squisitezza anche se caro.non vi ho mai comprato il baccalà in quanto non so cucinarlo
I love this shop that sells very few products but all of high quality, I always buy Sardinian mullet bottarga, sometimes olives, tuna in oil and mackerel in slices.It also has products like the tarantello in oil of Carloforte which is a delicacy even if expensive. I have never bought cod because I can't cook it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel centro storico di questa simpatica cittadina non si può fare a meno di visitare questa bottega che espone cosi sapientemente la materia prima di un piatto che é una gloria della cucina veneta , mi madre che era di origine padovana me lo somministrava col pomodoro , qui lo fanno bianco . Comunque sia, la preparazione é lunga e difficile , l ammollo , la battitura e ogni città veneta ha la sua tradizione . La cosa divertente é che i mercanti veneti siano andati a comprare del pesce secco dai vichinghi , con tutto il pesce fresco che avevano in adriatico . Certo le cose esotiche sono sempre le più ricercate dai palati raffinati con gli schei .
