Unpleasant experience: I am not going to dwell too much on this because otherwise I would have to write as much as three full columns of a newspaper, let alone it is not my philosophy to speak ill of those who work in any business, ergo I simply invite the staff to be more diplomatic towards customers, when needed, thanks.
