Se avessi fatto la pulizia autonomamente con mezzi propri probabilmente ci avrei messo una intera settimana e con risultati incerti, invece in una giornata il team che ha operato nella mia casa ha svolto un ottimo lavoro! La qualità del servizio prestato è stata complessivamente molto buona e anche il prezzo richiesto è stato onesto. Inoltre la signora Valeria si è dimostrata molto gentile e simpatica e ha saputo venire incontro egregiamente alle nostre richieste. Mi sento di consigliare Bluservice a cuor sereno. I used Bluservice to clean my house after a major renovation that affected the whole house. If I had done the cleaning myself with my own means, it would probably have taken a whole week and with uncertain results, but in one day the team that worked in my house did a great job! The quality of the service provided was overall very good and the asking price was also fair. Furthermore, Mrs. Valeria was very kind and nice and was able to meet our requests very well. I feel I can recommend Bluservice with a clear heart.

Gli addetti alle pulizie si son presentati in 3 e senza gli strumenti adatti se non un rotolo di carta, uno sgrassatore, uno straccio, un secchio e un aspirapolvere (rimasto inutilizzato). Il prezzo richiesto e pagato è stato di 200 euro per un servizio che potete giudicare da soli con le foto in allegato.Il risultato è stato pessimo; i ragazzi stavano andando via 30 minuti prima dell'orario pattuito, lasciando la cucina sporca sopra, sotto e dentro i cassetti. Solo dopo un mio richiamo sono rientrati armati di carta e sgrassatore a darmi il contentino pulendo in via sommaria, ma nonostante ciò la cucina è rimasta molto sporca. La Signora Valeria si è offerta di rimandarmi l'impresa gratuitamente ma visto il modus operandi preferisco far da me. Non idonei specialmente in tempi Covid, il concetto di pulizia è un altro. Bad experience. I contacted Valeria for a pre-move cleaning service for a newly purchased home. The cleaners showed up in 3 and without the proper tools except a roll of paper, a degreaser, a rag, a bucket and a vacuum cleaner (left unused). The price requested and paid was 200 euros for a service that you can judge for yourself with the photos attached. The result was very bad; the boys were leaving 30 minutes before the agreed time, leaving the kitchen dirty above, below and in the drawers. Only after a call from me did they come back armed with paper and a degreaser to give me the sop by briefly cleaning, but despite this the kitchen remained very dirty. Mrs. Valeria offered to send me the company for free but given the modus operandi I prefer to do it myself. Not suitable especially in Covid times, the concept of cleaning is another.
