Bucano gli appuntamenti con scuse pessime e all'ultimo minuto e quando, finalmente, la persona viene a casa è una ragazza che di professionale non ha niente. Alla fine, al telefono, mi sono beccata pure dell'arrogante perchè ho cercato di far loro capire che non posso stare a prendere ore di permesso perchè loro, palesemente, si dimenticano degli appuntamenti. Mai più. Professional cleaning. Lol. They make appointments with terrible apologies and at the last minute and when, finally, the person comes home is a girl who has nothing professional. In the end, on the phone, I also got arrogant because I tried to make them understand that I can't sit around and take hours off because they obviously forget about appointments. Never again.
A	Annalisa Scandelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna! dopo 4 appuntamenti disdetti all'ultimo (gli ultimi 2 non hanno neanche disdetto, semplicemente non si sono presentati) ho deciso di non usufruire più del servizio. Avevo acquistato un buono su Groupon per 12 ore di pulizie, e ho buttato 60€. La signora ovviamente ha attivato il buono perchè al primo appuntamento mi ha chiesto i codici del coupon. Il buono ora è scaduto e Groupon non rimborsa più nulla, quindi non fidatevi!!!! Gli ultimi due appuntamenti inoltre li ho presi in settimana, perchè il sabato loro non riescono a venire a causa dei troppi impegni (???), ho perso due giornate di ferie a causa loro. Veramente bel modo di trattare i clienti. Shame! after 4 last canceled appointments (the last 2 didn't even cancel, they simply didn't show up) I decided not to use the service anymore. I bought a voucher on Groupon for 12 hours of cleaning, and I threw € 60. The lady obviously activated the voucher because on the first date she asked me for the coupon codes. The coupon has now expired and Groupon does not reimburse anything, so do not trust !!!! The last two appointments also I took them during the week, because on Saturday they can't come because of too many commitments (???), I lost two days off because of them. Really nice way to treat customers.

Ho acquistato 14 ore di pulizie su Groupon per 59,90 euro, hanno subito incassato il coupon al momento della prenotazione ma sono riusciti a bucare l'appuntamento per ben 4 volte, tutte e 4 senza avvertire, l'ultima volta mia mamma aveva anche preso un giorno di ferie per accomodare i loro bisogni perchè avevano detto che era difficile venire di sabato. Groupon non rimborsa perchè i termini sono scaduti, purtroppo mi sono fidata della parola della Puliges che non contenta ha anche affermato che tanto loro con Groupon non ci guadagnano niente, gli accordi commerciali li hanno fatti loro, io intanto sono stata letteralmente derubata di 60 euro oltre ai costi telefonici e al giorno di ferie!!! Crooks, a shame!
