Non sapevo che lì il metano fosse self service, d'altronde in buona parte d'Italia credo il metano è sempre servito, e quindi aspettavo in macchina, quando un ragazzo mi chiede cosa volessi. Io gli dico ovviamente il pieno di metano, sicché lui con tono molto seccato e maleducato mi dice che questo era un self-service, che stavo bloccando la gente che avevo dietro e che occupavo una pistola, quindi me ne sono andato. Ma io mi chiedo, se il distributore è self-service cosa ci stanno a fare i dipendenti? Inoltre si dovrebbe sapere che chi viene da fuori non sa che a Bolzano il metano non è servito. Do quindi una stella perché non posso dare zero. Oltretutto questo spiacevole episodio mi ha rovinato tutta la giornata. I had come to visit Bolzano for the first time and I needed to fill up with methane. I didn't know that methane was self-service there, on the other hand in most of Italy I believe methane is always served, and so I waited in the car when a guy asks me what I wanted. I obviously tell him full of methane, so he in a very annoyed and rude tone tells me that this was a self-service, that I was blocking the people behind me and that I was holding a gun, so I left. But I wonder, if the vending machine is self-service, what are the employees doing there? Furthermore, you should know that those who come from outside do not know that methane is not needed in Bolzano. So I give a star because I can't give zero. Besides, this unpleasant episode has ruined my whole day.

Ho proseguito da solo facendomi il pieno e al momento di pagare i suoi colleghi hanno voluto addebitarmi anche i 50 centesimi iniziali rispondendomi con tono arrogante che la prossima volta avrei potuto rifornirmi al servito invece che al self service se non ero capace. Una combriccola di ragazzini maleducati e scorretti. La risposta é stata "ci sono le istruzioni o le pompe del servito". Al secondo sollecito la risposta si è ridotta a "ci sono le pompe del servito". Ovviamente, anche se sono pochi euro, me ne sono andato e preferisco spenderli altrove. Se posso permettermi certa gente non può lavorare con il pubblico. Per quanto riguarda l'operatore, poco più che 25 enne, volevo ricordargli che vivere altri 60 con questa infelicità sarà durissima. For the first time I meet a methane self-service distributor. La pompa 4 diesel è difettosa (non si blocca quando si fa il pieno) dopo averlo fatto presente al ragazzo alla cassa, mi è stato risposto che sono io che devo guardare. Non prende 5 stelle solo per questo, perché sono loro che dovrebbero avvertire, almeno con un biglietto, e provvedere ad aggiustarla. Excellent distributor, and the bar deserves. I always stop for the croissant stuffed with Nutella at the moment. The diesel pump 4 is defective (it does not stop when refueling) after having mentioned it to the guy at the checkout, I was told that it is I who must look. SCRIVETE GIUSTO O MEGLIO NON DARE INFORMAZIONI.... We stopped exiting the highway because the site says "open 24 hours" instead it closes at 20 ..... on the phone, however, they had not answered ...... BAD SERVICE ... WRITE RIGHT OR BETTER NOT GIVE INFORMATION .. ..

E' possibile durante l'orario di apertura con operatori fare rifornimento di gas metano autonomamente, self-service, al di fuori di tali orari ci si può rifornire solo con la tessera rilasciata precedentemente dall'ufficio del distributore.
