Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur haben uns von der ersten Besichtigung bis zur Unterzeichnung des endgültigen Kaufvertrages beim Notar hervorragend und umfassend betreut. Durch die Corona- Pandemie war die Kaufabwicklung schwieriger und alle Vorgänge wurden verzögert, aber auch in dieser Zeit wurden wir über alle Abläufe informiert und sowohl menschlich als auch fachlich sehr gut betreut.

We acquired a property in Tuscany through Engel and Völkers Siena. The agency's employees provided us with excellent and comprehensive support from the first inspection to the signing of the final purchase contract with the notary. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali pensano solo a fregare il cliente per i propri interessi, esiste anche dentro un conflitto di interessi, ti mettono fretta senza farti vedere i documenti. Non sanno fare il lavoro di mediatori pur prendendo il 4% di provvigione. Veramente pessimi.
Unprofessional they only think of cheating the customer for their own interests, there is also a conflict of interest, they rush you without letting you see the documents. They do not know how to do the job of brokers even though they take 4% commission. Really bad.
