Avevo bisogno di consigli e mi sono stati dati immediatamente senza alcuna riserva (raro al giorno d'oggi soprattutto per chi non è proprio del mestiere.Interessantissimi anche i prezzi. La consiglio davvero a tutti. A very serious and efficient company. Kindness and courtesy from the start. I purchased some products for my solar system and within a very short time they arrived. I needed advice and I was given immediately without any reservations (rare nowadays especially for those who are not really professionals. Prices are also very interesting. Quasiment une semaine de retard sur l'envoi pour se faire annoncer que l'article à été endommagé durant le transport (sans jamais avoir eu la moindre preuve ou numéro de suivi). En réponse à cette déconvenue je réclame un geste commercial et un envoi en express. On me propose un nouvel envoi pour une réception dans une semaine (soit 2 semaines de retard en tout), l'entreprise annonçant qu'elle ne travaille avec aucune entreprise de messagerie express. Aucune nouvelle d'un quelconque geste commercial que je réclame à nouveau avant que l'on m'annonce que finalement l'article est devenu indisponible... En bref une note qui aurait dû être de 0/5 au lieu du minimum de 1/5 pour un marchand qui ne tient aucun de ses engagements et n'a rien à faire de ses clients et du préjudice qu'il leur crée. In response to this disappointment I ask for a commercial gesture and an express shipment. In short, a score that should have been 0/5 instead of the minimum of 1 / 5 for a merchant who does not keep any of his commitments and has nothing to do with his customers and the damage he creates for them.
