★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo schifo assoluto. Da questa mattina che le colonnine non funzionano, nessuna. In più il servizio clienti è vergognoso, sono stata in attesa per più di un'ora e nessuno ha mai risposto. Ho girato più di dieci colonnine, inoltre il portale Enel x non carica e dice anche che la macchina è in ricarica quando non lo è. Servizio clienti pessimo. La vergogna assoluta sotto ogni punto di vista. avete un portale che fa schifo, così come tutti vostri servizi.
Absolute disgust. Since this morning that the columns are not working, none. Plus the customer service is disgraceful, I've been on hold for over an hour and no one has ever answered. I have shot more than ten columns, moreover the Enel x portal does not load and also says that the car is charging when it is not. Bad customer service. Absolute shame from every point of view. you have a portal that sucks, as well as all your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the WORST lightning companies that have in the World! This company HASN'T good attendance and Enel didn't know who to deal with their consumers on calling centers. This company could be international and all isn't Good! Has NO Quality! When you have the light supply and you need show some information to this company,it just ignores you meaning that you are nothing. Just interest the money. Only!!
