★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur essendo l’unico cliente presente, ho avuto la netta sensazione di essere di troppo: la persona con il quale ho parlato è stata capace soltanto di darmi spiegazioni frettolose senza aiutarmi; pertanto sono uscito con più dubbi di quanti ne avevo una volta entrato.
Despite being the only customer present, I had the distinct feeling of being too much: the person I spoke to was only able to give me hasty explanations without helping me; therefore I left with more doubts than I had once entered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo ufficio ora faccio un reclamo ufficiale a ENEL. C'erano persone in fila fuori da più di un ora che protestavano perchè sulla porta dell'ufficio di Via Rabatta a Gorizia c'era un biglietto con su scritto "torno subito" e nessuno si è presentato. Ho chiesto informazioni al bar vicino ... nulla da fare. C'era una povera signora con le gambe operate veramente triste che diceva che aveva fatto tanta fatica ad arrivare lì e aveva aspettato per più di un ora e quindi se ne sarebbe andata via con le pive nel sacco. Indecoroso, assurdo la gente era allibita, c'erano anche persone che avevano preso permesso dal lavoro per recarsi a questo ufficio,VERGOGNA
bad office now I make an official complaint to ENEL. There were people in line outside for more than an hour protesting because on the door of the office in Via Rabatta in Gorizia there was a note that read "I'll be right back" and no one showed up. I asked for information at the nearby bar ... nothing to do. There was a poor lady with really sad operated legs who said that she had struggled so hard to get there and had waited for more than an hour and then she would go away with her hands in the bag. Indecorous, absurd people were stunned, there were also people who had taken leave from work to go to this office, SHAME
