E siccome di una bolletta avevo perso contezza mi sono visto addebitare 25 euro per il sollecito. L'altro giorno mi ha chiamato un'operatrice di Enel Energia chiedendomi perché avessi cambiato fornitore. Mentre parlavo, pacatamente, mi ha sbattuto giù il telefono. Mi sembra una degna conclusione.
