Sono due mesi che tento nel breve lasso di tempo in cui l'ufficio è aperto. Sono andata anche personalmente, prendendo permesso al lavoro, e dopo un'ora di attesa mi hanno liquidato con una risposta non esauriente dicendomi di telefonare in seguito per avere informazioni.
