s	salvatore grasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato direttamente all'ufficio veterinario dopo svariati tentativi telefonici dove non rispondevano , ho bussato alla porta socchiusa è sono appena entrato(posto pubblico ) per chiedere gentilmente S'è per mettere il micro cip al mio cucciolo dovevo compilare un modulo o fare la prenotazione, il dottore di turno inveiva nei miei confronti di uscire immediatamente o mi avrebbe fatto buttare fuori, più volte ripeteva vattene fuori è chiuditi la porta. Si è rifiutato di darmi una semplice spiegazione del proprio modo di fare . Ritengo anche S'è laureato un soggetto peggio della specie umana in tutti i punti di vista non dovrebbe stare in un ambulatorio aperto al pubblico si sentiva onnipotente.Preciso giorno 02/08/2022 lunedì ore 9:30 ,ho aspettato fino alle 12:10 senza nessun esito sono andato via molto amareggiato è deluso mortificato nell'anima mai successo una cosa del genere in tutta la mia vita I went directly to the veterinary office after several telephone attempts where they did not answer, I knocked on the ajar door and I just entered (public place) to ask politely if it is to put the micro chip on my puppy I had to fill out a form or do the reservation, the doctor on duty screamed at me to go out immediately or he would have me thrown out, repeatedly repeated go out and close the door. He refused to give me a simple explanation of his way. I also believe A subject worse than the human species in all points of view has graduated he should not be in a clinic open to the public he felt omnipotent.Precise day 02/08/2022 Monday at 9:30 am, I waited until 12: 10 without any result I went away very bitter and disappointed mortified in my soul such a thing has never happened in my entire life

Avevo molta paura per la sterilizzazione delle mie gattine trovatelle ma dopo un paio d'ore erano di nuovo nel loro ambiente tranquillamente! Bravi,sempre così! Very good doctors! Well done we sometimes think about taking our beloved pets to private vets, but I could see that they were really good. I was very afraid for the sterilization of my foundling kittens but after a couple of hours they were back in their environment quietly! Well done, always like this!

S	Simona M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che molte cose sono cambiate da un paio di anni ad ora. Fortunatamente sono cambiate in meglio. Anni fa il servizio dell'ASP era totalmente inesistente, un servizio fantasma. Oggi rispondono ad email, chiamate, sono gentili e rispondono a chiunque abbia domande sui vari servizi effettuati in questa sede. Hanno anche un portale dove puoi prenotare per microchip o pet passaport. Io ho avuto a che fare con il dottor Cavallo....gentilissimo e simpaticissimo. I have to say that a lot of things have changed in the past couple of years now. Fortunately, they have changed for the better. Years ago the ASP service was totally non-existent, a phantom service. Today they respond to emails, calls, are polite and answer anyone who has questions about the various services provided here. They also have a portal where you can book for a microchip or pet passport. I have had to deal with Dr. Cavallo .... very kind and very nice.

Se avete la possibilità, fateli curare dal vostro medico di fiducia. If I can give advice behind personal experience rather painful for the outcome. Don't bring cats. If you have the chance, get them treated by your doctor.
