★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, l'acquisto è stato fatto circa un anno fà, ho comprato 3 materassi da 1 piazza e mezza con molle indipendenti, dopo 2 mesi si è formata una buca nel mezzo in 2 dei 3 materassi acquistati, sono passata in negozio 2 volte e mi hanno detto che mi facevano richiamare, poi ho segnalato la cosa ad una signora presso l'esposizione al centro comm.le "Il Porto" ed ho telefonato parlando con una ragazza di cui non ricordo il nome, che tra l'altro con l'acquisto mi aveva promesso anche i coprimaterassi che non ho mai ricevuto. Ad oggi purtroppo non ho ancora nè visto, nè sentito nessuno.
Good evening, the purchase was made about a year ago, I bought 3 mattresses of 1 and a half square with independent springs, after 2 months a hole was formed in the middle in 2 of the 3 mattresses purchased, I went to the store 2 times and they told me that they made me call back, then I reported the matter to a lady at the exhibition at the "Il Porto" shopping center and I phoned talking to a girl whose name I do not remember, who among other things with the 'purchase had also promised me the mattress covers that I never received. To date, unfortunately, I have neither seen nor heard anyone yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comperato un materasso un mese fa al centro commerciale Piazzagrande con determinate caratteristiche descritte su un cartello. Mi è stato consegnato a casa un materasso completamente diverso e privo di documentazione tecnica descrittiva. Sicuramente le modalità commerciali adottate sono decisamente discutibili (a voler essere buoni). Esperienza assolutamente negativa, da non rifare e da non consigliare. Una stella per questa recensione è anche troppa.
I bought a mattress a month ago at the Piazzagrande shopping center with certain characteristics described on a sign. A completely different mattress without any descriptive technical documentation was delivered to my home. Certainly the commercial methods adopted are definitely questionable (to be good). Absolutely negative experience, not to be repeated and not to be recommended. One star for this review is too much.
