★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo clienti da anni e possiamo scrivere che in tutte le occasioni che ci siamo rivolti ad Arredamenti Bruschi, soprattutto quando ci sono state delle incomprensioni o sbagli, ci siamo sempre accordati e hanno sempre trovato la soluzione al problema. In particolare l'ultima volta ordinato l'arredo completo di una casa a fine luglio 2017 è arrivato tutto tranne la cucina e avendo urgenza di entrare mi hanno tappato una cucina "sostitutiva" x soccombere all'urgenza. Dopo una settimana hanno stappato la cucina usata e montato quella nuova. Purtroppo lavorando gli imprevisti sono dietro l'angolo l'importante è agire e trovare le soluzioni adeguate.
Posso fare anche un altro esempio: dopo 10 anni che ho comprato tutto l'arredo di casa mia Arredamenti Bruschi mi è venuto a sostituire il rivestimento del letto che ha dimostrato un difetto a sue spese.
A mia sorella ha sistemato e sostituito le sedie difettate a distanza di anni dall'acquisto...Bruschi c'è e cerca sempre di accontentare il cliente.
Non do le 5 stelle perché nella vita si può sempre migliorare.

 We have been customers for years and we can write that on all the occasions that we turned to Arredamenti Bruschi, especially when there have been misunderstandings or mistakes, we have always agreed and have always found the solution to the problem. In particular, the last time I ordered the complete furnishing of a house at the end of July 2017, everything except the kitchen arrived and, having urgency to enter, they plugged me a "replacement" kitchen to succumb to the urgency. After a week they uncorked the used kitchen and assembled the new one. Unfortunately, working the unexpected is around the corner, the important thing is to act and find the right solutions.
I can also give another example: after 10 years that I bought all the furniture in my home, Arredamenti Bruschi came to replace the bed cover which proved to be a defect at his expense.
My sister has arranged and replaced the defective chairs years after the purchase ... Bruschi is there and always tries to please the customer.
I don't give 5 stars because in life you can always improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io non ho ancora acquistato nulla, ma sono stato pochi giorni fa in negozio per un preventivo per un divano 3posti con due sedute relax, devo dire che il personale e stato gentilissimo, cordiale e molto disponibile, sé il meteriale e buono come le 3 qualità del personale, non ho problemi all'acquisto.
P.S. e vero, fuori dal negozio c'è un grande parcheggio, dove le signore con grandi cani possono tenere i loro teneri cagnolini da 20 kg,
I haven't bought anything yet, but I was in the shop a few days ago for a quote for a 3-seater sofa with two relaxation seats, I must say that the staff was very kind, friendly and very helpful, if the material is as good as the 3 qualities of the staff, I have no problems buying.
P.S. and true, outside the shop there is a large parking lot, where ladies with large dogs can keep their cute 20kg doggies,

Appena entrati vi siamo trovati in un ambiente freddissimo come se il riscaldamento non funzionasse e la consulenza ricevuta è stata coerente con la temperatura interna. Credo che non sia stato un bel biglietto da visita. Spero solo di essere stato sfortunato e che non sia la normalità
