Complimenti allo stato italiano che regala ancora soldi a queste persone... Invece di investire sui giovani e le piccole/medie imprese. Completely useless. Even to have a document that takes 5 minutes make stories, never seen a more useless and inefficient office ... Congratulations to the Italian state that still gives these people money ... Instead of investing in young people and small / medium-sized businesses.

La fila scorre veloce perchè ci sono almeno 3 funzionari e la fila è ordinata e gestita dalla sigrina. Io ho avuto a che fare con il sig. Giovanni in più di un'occasione ed è gentile e preparato. Si apre presto avviatevi molto.presto. The young lady at the entrance (like security guard) is sweet, helpful and gives the first useful information by distributing the necessary forms. The queue runs fast because there are at least 3 officials and the queue is ordered and managed by the sigrina. I dealt with mr. Giovanni on more than one occasion and is kind and prepared. It opens early, start very soon.

Già da subito una buona impressione, Daniela all'accoglienza sfodera un bel sorriso percepibile nonostante la mascherina e si rivolge sempre a tutti con disponibilità, garbo e gentilezza anche se le persone in attesa da gestire non erano poche. Nonostante io avessi sbagliato la prenotazione per l'oggetto del mio appuntemento, gli impiegati hanno trovato il modo di poter seguire la mia pratica, senza arrecare danno alle altre persone in attesa e senza perdite di tempo inutili per me. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Luca e Vittorio che mi hanno seguito, indirizzato e hanno svolto la mia pratica in tempi congrui e con la dovuta attenzione. Gli addetti con cui oggi ho avuto a che fare sono un buon esempio di persone che fanno bene il loro lavoro e lo svolgono con piacere e attenzione verso il pubblico. Tutto ciò dovrebbe rientrare nella normalità ma, soprattutto nella nostra città purtroppo, abbiamo dovuto imparare a non darlo per scontato, l'esperienza di oggi è quindi da considerarsi positiva in tutti i sensi. Although I had made a mistake in the booking for the subject of my appointment, the employees found a way to be able to follow my file, without causing damage to other people waiting and without wasting unnecessary time for me. A special thanks goes to Luca and Vittorio who followed me, addressed me and carried out my practice in due time and with due attention. The employees I have dealt with today are a good example of people who do their job well and do it with pleasure and attention to the public. All this should be normal but, especially in our city, unfortunately, we had to learn not to take it for granted, today's experience is therefore to be considered positive in every sense.
