★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo è sempre e solo un operatore a svolgere le attività e a interfacciarsi con il pubblico. Anzi andrebbe premiato perché da solo svolge tutto, è sempre disponibile e non perde mai la pazienza. Il problema è che spesso, quando c'è molta gente ,si intensifica la coda e i tempi di attesa sono lunghissimi pertanto, secondo me potrebbe essere evitato con l'intervento di qualche suo collega che magari in stanze adiacenti è completamente libero.

On the contrary, it should be rewarded because on its own it does everything, is always available and never loses patience. The problem is that often, when there is a lot of people, the queue intensifies and the waiting times are very long, so in my opinion it could be avoided with the intervention of some of his colleagues who maybe in adjacent rooms is completely free.
