Da fare (compreso quello fatto da me) e poi ricomincia da capo senza passati alcun ufficio. Una sòla praticamente! Poi dopo un'ora mi risponde una segreteria telefonica che mi dà delle informazioni (ma non ho la bacchetta magica per potermi segnare tutti gli indirizzi email, le coordinate per accedere al sito, ecc. ) per cui premo il tasto indicatomi per parlare con un'operatore. Mi viene ripetuto il messaggio che sono la quarta in lista per parlare con l' operatore, poi la terza, poi la seconda. Dopo più di venti minuti di telefonata ( che pago per stare in attesa), la chiamata viene chiusa automaticamente. Riprovo a chiamare e ad ascoltare i messaggi per scrivere gli indirizzi email a cui rivolgermi. Il numero è di nuovo occupato. In pratica nessuno risponde. Vengono pagati per buttare giù il telefono. Specifico che la mia stella fa riferimento ad un' email in cui, in poche righe, si è riusciti ad applicare tutte le regole che non si devono seguire per rispondere ad un utente. Chapeau.
