★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una serratura difettosa di un portoncino blindato per sapere se era possibile averne una nuova,la signora all accoglienza è sembrata molto scocciata della mia richiesta,facendomi notare che aveva un cliente e che non avrebbe potuto seguirmi.quindi mi dice di lasciare la serratura li e ripassare dopo un ora...
Ritorno al negozio dopo 40 minuti e lo trovo chiuso con la mia serratura compresa di chiave fuori appoggiata su di un cassonetto!
Naturalmente chiusi il pomeriggio,io mi ritrovo in una situazione di disagio avendo anche perso la mattinata per poter organizzarmi al trove. Veramente complimenti per la vostra serieta e affidabilita!

I return to the shop after 40 minutes and find it closed with my lock including the key outside resting on a dumpster!
