I'm from Verona and I was looking for a guaranteed and safe used. After a first telephone contact, in which I was provided with all the data I requested, I moved to Milan to view the car and thanks to the professionalism and help of Cristiano I concluded my purchase in a short time. Test drive e trattativa sul prezzo, accordati sul prezzo, attendo il giorno successivo per procedere con le pratiche, peccato che il giorno successivo vengo informato che il prezzo concordato non è più quello ( con tanto di preventivo in mano ) ma maggiorato di 1.500€ motivando il mancato accesso a incentivi regionali ( mai citati dal venditore in fase di trattativa ) Ovviamente espongo la mia indignazione a riguardo. Nei giorni successivi vengo contattato dal servizio clienti, in cui spiego ciò che era avvenuto, mi comunicano che mi avrebbero contattato per trovare una soluzione, non mi hanno più richiamato... Bad experience. I went to this dealership with the intention of buying a km0, with a trade-in car. Test drive and price negotiation, agreed on the price, I await the next day to proceed with the practices, too bad that the next day I am informed that the agreed price is no longer the same (with a quote in hand) but increased by € 1,500 motivating the lack of access to regional incentives (never mentioned by the seller during the negotiation phase) Obviously I expose my indignation about it. In the following days I am contacted by customer service, in which I explain what had happened, they tell me that they would contact me to find a solution, they never called me back ...

Dopo avercela fatta visionare e visto il nostro interesse, il venditore ha provveduto subito a lavarla per poi farcela provare nei dintorni del concessionario. Grazie Cristiano Lazzari per l'attenzione, la professionalità e la serietà dimostrate. Trovare un venditore che mantiene la parola data, non è sempre scontato. Prima della consegna, il concessionario ha provveduto a sistemare dei piccolissimi graffi presenti sulla carrozzeria. L'auto ci è stata consegnata in perfette condizioni. Per mantenere valida la garanzia, il concessionario ha inoltre provveduto a prenotare e a pagare un tagliando presso un'officina Toyota. We were looking for a good used one and here, we noticed a Toyota CHR on the forecourt. After showing it to us and seeing our interest, the seller immediately washed it and then let us try it in the vicinity of the dealer. Thanks Cristiano Lazzari for the attention, professionalism and seriousness shown. Finding a seller who keeps his word is not always obvious. Before delivery, the dealer has arranged for some very small scratches on the bodywork to be fixed. The car was delivered to us in perfect condition. To keep the warranty valid, the dealer also booked and paid for a service at a Toyota workshop.

Anche se non compreremmo subito una vettura, il responsabile ci darà la possibilità di provare una delle vetture più belle elettriche in modo che possiamo avere un idea di cosa compreremmo. Veramente una ottima esperienza Great dealership, they all give you supports and make you feel comfortable. Even if we wouldn't buy a car right away, the manager will give us a chance to try one of the coolest electric cars so we can get an idea of what we would buy. Truly a great experience

In particolare il venditore, Massimo, si è dimostrato particolarmente disponibile e gentile, riuscendo a recepire le nostre necessità e feedback. I went into the dealership to get a quote on a cx-3 and the staff were absolutely welcoming, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, the seller, Massimo, proved to be particularly helpful and kind, managing to understand our needs and feedback. Furthermore, he was not insistent on closing a sale, which is very rare in these situations. Well done.
