★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata breve e pessima. Ieri sera verso le 19, rientrando dalla stazione, mi sono recata al negozio per acquistare chiaramente prodotti per capelli di cui avevo bisogno.
Premetto che sono disabile e non ho l'utilizzo completo di una gamba e del braccio destro. Ho provato ad aprire la porta con fatica e intanto la commessa o titolare (non so), anziché venirmi in aiuto si è recata nel retrobottega. Ho continuato a provare ad aprire, c'era scritto spingere e dopo qualche minuto, ci sono riuscita. Lei dall'interno aveva visto chiaramente tutto, perché appena sono riuscita ad entrare, mi sono sentita chiedere dal retro di cosa avessi bisogno. Quando ho fatto gentilmente notare che era molto faticoso aprire per chi aveva problemi, mi ha risposto sgarbatissimamente che la porta era blindata e che mi arrangiassi, al che non ho trovato altro che uscire immediatamente da dove ero faticosamente entrata.
Che cambi mestiere sia che fosse la titolare o la commessa!!!
 My experience has been short and bad. Last night around 7 pm, returning from the station, I went to the shop to clearly buy hair products that I needed.
I state that I am disabled and do not have full use of one leg and right arm. I tried to open the door with difficulty and in the meantime the saleswoman or owner (I don't know), instead of coming to my aid she went to the back room. I kept trying to open, there was written push and after a few minutes, I succeeded. From the inside she had clearly seen everything, because as soon as I managed to get in, I felt asked from the back what I needed. When I kindly pointed out that it was very tiring to open for those who had problems, she replied very rudely that the door was armored and that I got by, to which I found nothing but to leave immediately where I had laboriously entered.
That change job whether it was the owner or the order !!!
