Purtroppo, una caduta accidentale aveva danneggiato irreparabilmente la scheda di controllo del disco rigido rendendolo inutilizzabile. Non dandomi per vinto ho acquistato una scheda compatibile in rete, solo che in questi casi occorre effettuare quello che in gergo viene chiamato ^swap della bios^ in parole povere bisogna rimuovere un microcomponente dalla scheda originale e installarlo sulla nuova tramite saldatura, si tratta di componenti piccoli e delicati, solo una mano esperta è in grado di effettuare lavorazioni su una componentistica del genere. Marco è stato disponibile, educato e professionale, in meno di un’ora ha effettuato la sostituzione del componente rendendo il disco nuovamente funzionante, tutto chiedendo una cifra più che ragionevole. Sono contento del lavoro svolto, in futuro qualora ne avessi necessità sicuramente mi rivolgerò a lui, lo consiglio.
