Le prime due volte si è trattato di materassi della linea Rigenera. Sono sempre stato accolto dalla signora Lucrezia, gentile, competente e .... paziente. Ha sempre subito compreso le esigenze del tipo di acquisto. Ha spiegato con dovizia di particolari i vari materiali utilizzati dal produttore evidenziandone la qualità, la cura dei particolari ed il fine: un ageguato riposo a salvaguardia della salute. È sempre stata garbata, mai invadente, tant’è che sono poi tornato per l’acquisto di un materasso di fascia alta, scegliendo il modello “supremo”. Un grazie per le varie spiegazioni fornite e compimenti a chi gestisce il negozio per la scelta di tale collaboratrice. This is the third time I have bought Eminflex. Sono stato accolto dal sig. Luca De Francesco, devo dire in tutta sincerità che non solo è stato molto cordiale.ma sopratutto molto professionale, nel consigliarmi un prodotto diverso da quello che stavo scegliendo io. Infine mi sono ricreduto riflettendo sul suo consiglio, e provando il materasso che mi proponeva lui. Mi sono convinto ad acquistarne due singoli modello Diamond. Devo dire che sono stato contento sia nell'accoglienza, che nell'acquisto del prodotto.
