Dall'accoglienza del cliente al montaggio degli arredi passando per i mille adattamenti necessari alle mie specifiche esigenze, e questo anche quando ho acquistato piccole integrazioni di componenti in camere gia arredate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo! Pagamenti naturalmente prima della consegna e del montaggio e poi non si assumono responsabilità per gli errori di montaggio, anzi ti aggrediscono anche verbalmente se gli fai presente che il lavoro non è stato eseguito a regola d'arte!
Non rispettano neppure i tempi di consegna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vendere si è tutti bravi, il problema è l’assistenza, la cortesia e la disponibilità che personalmente, dopo aver acquistato, non ho riscontrato; anzi mi sono trovata abbandonata in un problema inerente la camera da letto di mio figlio, a cui non hanno neppure avuto la gentilezza di rispondere ad una domanda, e o capirci meglio per evitare che altri bimbi possano avere stesso problema. Una vera delusione. Risolverò diversamente.
Everyone is good at selling, the problem is the assistance, courtesy and availability that personally, after purchasing, I have not found; indeed I found myself abandoned in a problem inherent in my son's bedroom, to which they did not even have the kindness to answer a question, or to understand us better to avoid that other children may have the same problem.
