Mi ritengo contento dell'acquisto perchè oltre alla disponibilità, il prodotto si è dimostrato valido ed il servizio post-vendita eccellente. Acquisto consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su questa azienda tecnicamente posso dire poco, ho acquistato un serbatoio qualche anno fa e va bene, non ci sono problemi , ma mi sembra il minimo. L'ultima volta che li ho chiamati mi hanno risposto al telefono che non ci sono normative che regolano le manutenzioni dei serbatoi di gasolio interrati a doppia camera come il mio, poi hanno aggiunto che loro vendono serbatoi, poi non vogliono più saperne nulla !? Mi hanno spiegato al telefono che se non rispondo alle e-mail è perché non c'è modo di soddisfare le mie richieste !? Io di solito rispondo sempre , anche se la risposta è negativa.
La mia critica vuole essere costruttiva, ho un azienda anche io, non sarei contento se il mio personale non soddisfa le richieste dei clienti.
Technically I can say little about this company, I purchased a tank a few years ago and that's fine, there are no problems, but it seems to me the least. The last time I called them they answered the phone that there are no regulations governing the maintenance of double-chamber underground diesel tanks like mine, then they added that they sell tanks, then they don't want to know anything anymore!? They explained to me on the phone that if I don't answer e-mails it's because there is no way to satisfy my requests! I usually always answer, even if the answer is negative.
My criticism wants to be constructive, I also have a company, I would not be happy if my staff does not meet customer requests.

Prodotto rispondente alle aspettative e soprattutto autista cordiale e disponibile.... si è fatto in quattro pur di scaricare la cisterna nel posto predisposto ma non comodo da raggiungere con l'autocarro. Grazie
Purchased through an approved fuel tank dealer. Delivery within the stated times. Product that meets expectations and above all a friendly and helpful driver .... he went out of his way to unload the tank in the prepared place but not comfortable to reach with the truck. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!!! Ho comprato da loro due erogatori omologati per l'ad-blue; uno funziona bene e l'altro si è guastato. Tempo previsto per la riparazione una settimana, ma è già passato un mese e non si hanno notizie. Addirittura è da una settimana che ogni giorno si inventano una scusa diversa. Evviva l'onestà e la correttezza. In futuro eviterò accuratamente questa azienda.
Bad !!! I bought two regulators approved for ad-blue from them; one works fine and the other has failed. Expected time for repair one week, but a month has already passed and there is no news. They have even been coming up with a different excuse every day for a week. Long live honesty and fairness. In the future I will carefully avoid this company.
