β β β β β Great experience. Marcello makes you feel at home, in a very calm and intimate atmosphere. He explains you all process and answers questions. It ends up being a dialogue rather than a tour. Finally you can try some of their creations and you have the opportunity to buy them. Gracie.

β β β β β We would give 10 stars if we could! Marcello gave a very detailed and patient tour to answer all our curious questions and we had wonderful tastings of the delicious vinegar. Loved the cosy family home and their very friendly dog. Their hospitality is so much appreciated.

β β β β β This experience was way better than expected. You arrive at this sweet elder coupleβs villa and donβt expect much from this private house, as you might have expected a small farm or similar. Once you enter the house you instantly get the lovely smell of a house that lives and breathes balsamico. You enter their attic - not as sketchy as it sounds - and find several hundred barrels of balsamico. You get a very nice and detailed history of the making of their product throughout generations. And then you get to the tasting which was unbelievable. I never imagined balsamico to taste this good as i have only used industrial products before. It is like itβs from another universe. The quality is just so high. From just one drop your mouth will explode in flavours.
Sure it is expensive products, but once you get the history you understand why. And it just makes a giant difference when using their products on foods as cheese, salad, meat and even dessert for the 25+ years aged ones.

β β β β β Really fascinating place to visit and a very warm welcome from Marcello. The balsamico tastes like nothing you've ever tasted before! And no pressure to buy (although I challenge you to resist!).
