Per natale lo regalerò ai miei genitori. I'm not a great connoisseur, but what I tasted here is that vinegar that you can't find in the shops, really good even on strawberries and ice cream. I will give it to my parents for Christmas.

M	Marco Di Lollo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sapevo che a Modena veniva prodotto l'Aceto Balsamico non mi era chiara la differenza tra l'Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena (ABTM), e Aceto di Modena IGP, quando ho partecipato alla visita guidata ho scoperto davvero quale unicità si cela dietro alla produzione di questa eccellenza conosciuti nel mondo intero! I knew that Balsamic Vinegar was produced in Modena it was not clear to me the difference between Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (ABTM), and Vinegar of Modena IGP, when I took part in the guided tour I really discovered what uniqueness lies behind the production of this excellence known throughout the world!

I recently took part in a guided tasting and was pleasantly impressed by both the quality of the product (the extra-old is excellent with its long and consistent scent) and the affability and professionalism of the staff. Prices adapted to the market. It was worth it!!

A completely different product than you can find in grocery stores! In fact you can only buy it directly from the producers who pass down their wisdom and barrels from generation to generation. In this regard I must say that Acetaia Ambrosia provided us with the best experience. Interesting guided tour and delicious tasting! Real balsamic vinegar can be pricey but this one is a great value! We stocked up on those bottles, plus, they make for a great xmas gifts! Highly recommended
