La ragazza è stata anche lei molto cortese ma mi ha ribadito che per politica aziendale non era possibile rimediare al guasto, ma che mi sarebbero venuti incontro per un futuro acquisto.......
Facendo prima notare che non è che acquisti auto tutti i giorni, ho ribadito che io non ho nulla contro il personale, ma che dal momento in cui ho acquistato una vettura venduta come "ottimo stato" mi sarei aspettato un trattamento diverso dall'azienda, considerando anche l'importo che ho pagato
