I dipendenti della banca e il direttore sono persone davvero eccezionali.
Vengono incontro a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente, per qualsiasi problema restano a disposizione anche fuori dall'orario di chiusura e sopratutto al cellulare.
Potrei fare una lista infinita ma vi posso garantire che non cambierei mai banca.
Ho fatto un mutuo con tasso 1,50 fisso per tre anni e poi passò al variabile euribor 6 mesi + fisso 1,80 con la possibilità di cambiarlo dopo i tre anni. Il conto ( bancomat, prepagate e carta di credito ) gratuite mentre l'unica cosa che pago è 1€ per il canone home banking.
Se potessi darei 100elode.

The bank employees and the manager are truly exceptional people.
They meet any customer need, for any problem they remain available even outside closing hours and especially on the mobile phone.
I could make an endless list but I can guarantee you that I would never change banks.
I took out a mortgage with a fixed rate of 1.50 for three years and then switched to the variable 6-month Euribor + fixed 1.80 with the possibility of changing it after three years. The account (ATM, prepaid and credit card) is free while the only thing I pay is € 1 for the home banking fee.
If I could I would give it 100 praise.
