★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato nel 2012 un appartamento indipendente in un contesto di 6 unità abitative, con giardino, a trissino via Fabio Filzi dalla ditta Emi. Sono passati circa 9 anni abbiamo ancora parecchie infiltrazioni nel tunnel dei garage. Molto evidenti. Poi visto che il colore è stato dato in economia sulle pareti dello stabilee si toglieva, a spese nostre abbiamo dovuto rifarlo per ulteriori infiltrazioni. Sconsiglio l'acquisto di un immobile di questa impresa costruttrice che ora corrisponde alla nominazione "costruzioni venete" per mancanza di serietà e affidabilità.
In 2012 I purchased an independent apartment in a context of 6 residential units, with a garden, in Trissino via Fabio Filzi from the Emi company. It's been about 9 years. We still have a lot of infiltrations in the garage tunnel. Very obvious. Then seeing that the color was given economically on the walls of the building and was removed, at our expense we had to redo it for further infiltrations. I do not recommend buying a property of this construction company which now corresponds to the name "Venetian constructions" due to lack of seriousness and reliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questa impresa ( adesso sotto il nome di costruzioni venete). Lavori fatti con i piedi dall’inizio alla fine e se questo non bastasse, quando si fanno presente i sopracitati errori commessi per “mancata voia de farghine” ti dicono che passeranno e a meno che tu non abbia tempo di continuare a chiamarli, non li vedrai mai più.
In ordine: mancanza di materie per isolamento termico su finestre, vetri rovinati, pittura fatta da cani, infiltrazioni garage.
I strongly advise against this undertaking (now under the name of Venetian constructions). Jobs done with the feet from start to finish and if this were not enough, when the aforementioned mistakes made for "mancata voia de farghine" are pointed out, they tell you that they will pass and unless you have time to keep calling them, you will not see them never again.
In order: lack of materials for thermal insulation on windows, damaged glass, paint made by dogs, garage infiltrations.
