Грубые , ничего не знают. Зачем работают не понятно, нужно их уволить. В стране война, люди ищут помощи , он говорит не знаю, ничем не могу помочь.
Встретил низкий поздноватый мужчина без маски, я ему начала задавать нормальные вопросы :
- нужно ли мне как-то регестрироваться тут , в связи с ситуацией в стране;
- расскажите о статусе беженца
Ничего не знаю - его ответ.
Взял у меня телефон из рук, мол не снимаешь ли ты. Я этого вообще не поняла, никаких вопросов не корректных не было. Это означает что есть что скрывать…
Говорит время не простое сейчас, так помоги людям! Для тебя та время точно
лёгкое, как я вижу. Попроси дию показать раз хочешь проверить личность, хотя разговаривали на украинском. В общем жаль не спросила фамилию . Работники просто кошмар

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vostra ambasciata in Italia non brilla per efficienza, comunque, volevo solo esprimere la mia solidarietà al Vostro Popolo ed offrire decine di materassi da parte di una clinica privata italiana. In mancanza di una risposta li doneranno alla Croce Rossa e loro faranno il resto. Dio salvi il popolo ucraino.
Your embassy in Italy does not shine for efficiency, however, I just wanted to express my solidarity with your people and offer dozens of mattresses from an Italian private clinic. In the absence of an answer they will donate them to the Red Cross and they will do the rest. God save the Ukrainian people.
