Zalatwialam nulla osta i bylam w kontakcie z Pania konsul, zeby dostac dokument od reki i nie musiec drugi raz przyjezdzac do Rzymu (mieszkam w Niemczech a chce poslubic Wlocha we Wloszech). Pan otwierajacy brame jak rodem z komuny - nieuprzejmy i opryskliwy. Chwila oczekiwania w srodku po czym okazalo sie ze dokumenty dostane ale za 2h. Po powrocie po odbior dokumentow pan ochronoarz przywital mnie przewracaniem oczami i kolejnym opryskliwym komentarzem. Na szczescie z dokumentami wszystko w porzadku ale wrazenie z obslugi dzieki Panu obslugujacemu wejscie raczej negatywne. I have mixed feelings. I arranged for the last null and I was in contact with the Consul to get a document from my hand and not have to come to Rome a second time (I live in Germany and want to marry an Italian in Italy). The Lord opening the gate as straight from the commune - rude and rude. A moment of waiting inside and then it turned out that the documents were received but for 2 hours. Upon returning to collect the documents, the security guard greeted me with a roll of his eyes and another abusive comment. Fortunately, with the documents, everything is fine, but the impression of the service, thanks to the Lord, is rather negative.

Bylem niewątpliwie trudnym petentem, chaotycznie się zachowującym i na pewno w jakimś stopniu w szoku, po b. dotkliwej kradzieży. Mimo to obsługa konsulatu wykazała się wielką empatią , to było pierwsze spotkanie z życzliwością po całym koszmarze kradzieży i formalnościami na posterunkach Carabinieri, gdzie spędziłem wiele godzin i nie otrzymałem nawet pomocy przy zabezpieczeniu kart bankowych, telefon również straciłem. Z perspektywy czasu wiem że błędem było udanie się na policje a potem do konsulatu. Bałem się że natrafię na mur znieczulicy urzędowej a jakie było moje zaskoczenie gdy spotkałem dobrych i przyjacielskich ludzi. Po kilkunastu godzinach koszmaru to był moment odbicia się od dna. Dziękuję bardzo całej obsłudze konsulatu, życzę wszystkim wszystkiego najlepszego!!! A very positive memory in hard times. I was undoubtedly a difficult petitioner, behaving chaotically and certainly to some extent in shock, after a very severe theft. Despite this, the consulate staff showed great empathy, it was the first meeting with kindness after the whole nightmare of theft and formalities at Carabinieri posts, where I spent many hours and did not even receive help in securing bank cards, I also lost my phone. In retrospect, I know that it was a mistake to go to the police and then to the consulate. I was afraid that I would come across a wall of official anesthesia and what was my surprise when I met good and friendly people. After several hours of nightmare, it was the moment of rebounding from the bottom. Thank you very much to all the consulate staff, I wish you all the best !!!
M	Marta Mazur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo niemiła obsługa, odniosłam wrażenie, że żadna z pracujących osób nie chciała mi w żaden sposób pomóc. Dzwoniłam dwa razy w sprawie ukradzionego lub zgubionego prawa jazdy. Jedyną radę jaką usłyszałam to "proszę znaleźć innego kierowcę na powrót do kraju skoro nie ma pani prawa jazdy". Obywatel za granicą jest pozostawiony samemu sobie. Very rude service, I got the impression that none of the working people wanted to help me in any way. I called twice about a stolen or lost driving license. The only advice I heard was "please find another driver to return to the country, since you do not have a driving license". A citizen abroad is left to himself.

I fortunately had photos of his documents on my phone, and after a long trip to Rome, to accompany him at the embassy, they didn't let me cross the gate because I was not Polish, but they took my phone to see the photos of my friend's documents. I've never felt so discriminated in my life. Anywhere in Italy there is a waiting room, where friends or relatives can wait, if they're not allowed to partecipate. They preferred to leave me outside for an hour, as if I could be a threat, in my country. Ridiculously racist!! ------‐--------------------------------------------- Przetłumaczone za pomocą Tłumacza Google: Mój polski przyjaciel stracił paszport we Włoszech i chciałem mu pomóc, ponieważ jego lot odbyłby się za kilka dni. Na szczęście miałem zdjęcia jego dokumentów na moim telefonie, a po długiej podróży do Rzymu, aby towarzyszyć mu w ambasadzie, nie pozwolili mi przejść przez bramę, ponieważ nie byłem Polakiem, ale zabrali mój telefon, aby zobaczyć zdjęcia dokumentów mojego przyjaciela. Nigdy w życiu nie czułem się tak dyskryminowany. Gdziekolwiek we Włoszech znajduje się poczekalnia, w której przyjaciele lub krewni mogą poczekać, jeśli nie mogą uczestniczyć w imprezie. Woleli zostawić mnie na zewnątrz na godzinę, jakbym mógł być zagrożeniem w moim kraju. Śmiesznie rasistowski !!
