★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio a dire a che per parcheggiare la propria auto c'è abbastanza vicino un garage con tariffe accessibili. Il personale è cortese e professionale (l' impiegato mi ha stampato i fogli che mi servivano). Una pecca per cui non ho dato la 5* è il fatto una persona in carrozzina ha difficoltà. Infatti la prima scala è inaccessibile per un disabile; è presente una sedia mobile per diversamente abili ma questa è privata e non condominiale.
I start by saying that to park your car there is a garage close enough with accessible rates. The staff is courteous and professional (the clerk printed me the sheets I needed). A flaw for which I have not given the 5 * is the fact a person in a wheelchair has difficulty. In fact, the first staircase is inaccessible for a disabled person; there is a mobile chair for the disabled but this is private and not condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando hanno cambiato l'assicurazione è peggiorato. Cavillano su ogni spesa per sfiancare l'utente, che alla fine rinuncia, perché non ha voglia di perdere una mattinata per 100,00 euro. Anche se siete professionisti iscritti alle casse convenzionate, RIVOLGETEVI ALTROVE, a meno che non abbiate una segretaria che si occupi solo di questo.
Peccato perché due/tre anni fa funzionava benissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un medico e ho stipulato con loro una polizza infortuni/malattia di Reale Mutua Assicurazioni. A dicembre ricovero per covid: 23 giorni in terapia subintensiva poi 16 giorni a casa. Avrebbero dovuto riconoscermi tutto il periodo di "impossibilità alla professione " invece mi propongono un indennizzo per il solo periodo di ricovero. Ho inoltrato reclamo alla compagnia e in copia a loro ma ad oggi (siamo a fine giugno) nessuna risposta. Pessima esperienza, consiglio di evitare.
I am a doctor and I have taken out a Reale Mutua Assicurazioni accident / health insurance policy with them. In December, hospitalization for covid: 23 days in sub-intensive therapy then 16 days at home. They should have recognized the whole period of "impossibility for the profession" instead they offer me compensation for the period of hospitalization only. I have forwarded a complaint to the company and a copy to them but to date (we are at the end of June) no response. Bad experience, I recommend to avoid.
