Ma la tecnologia e affidabilità sono pienamente insufficienti, soprattutto da quando questa ditta produce in Cina per massimizzare i profitti. E soprattutto, classico ambiente dove uno lavora e dieci ruffiani guardano. Disgustoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 13 settembre 2020 ho inviato un messaggio, tramite la loro pagina dedicata, ad emak e ad oleomac per un'informazione tecnica riguardo un paio di ricambi per un decespugliatore oleomac 746 ma ad oggi 30 novembre 2020 NON ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Credo che sia importante acquistare prodotti di qualità ma più importante è avere un'assistenza che risponda alle esigenze della clientela.
Ho avuto un problema con una motosega di tipico colore arancione e bianca di un'azienda MOLTO più importante di oleomac/emak e nel giro di 3 giorni (considerando che ho scritto la domenica e risposto il martedì) hanno risposto.
Pensate che pian piano volevo cambiare anche il rasaerba semovente e il trattorino rasaerba (per 5000mq) ma se l'assistenza è questa, nonostante i prodotti siano di qualità, sicuramente comprerò altre marche.
On 13 September 2020 I sent a message, via their dedicated page, to emak and oleomac for technical information regarding a couple of spare parts for an oleomac 746 brushcutter but to date, November 30, 2020 I have NOT received any response. I believe it is important to buy quality products but more important is to have assistance that meets the needs of customers.
I had a problem with a typical orange and white colored chainsaw from a MUCH bigger company than oleomac / emak and within 3 days (considering I wrote on Sunday and replied on Tuesday) they responded.
Think that slowly I also wanted to change the self-propelled lawnmower and the ride-on mower (for 5000sqm) but if this is the assistance, despite the quality of the products, I will certainly buy other brands.
