★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimango in attesa di essere ricontattata da loro per quasi un mese e mezzo, e lo fanno solo in seguito a mia segnalazione alla azienda di cui curano l'assistenza. Intanto muoio dal caldo. Mi rivolgerò sempre ad altri d'ora in poi.
 I am waiting to be contacted by them for almost a month and a half, and they do so only following my report to the company for which they take care of assistance. Meanwhile I'm dying from the heat. I will always turn to others from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribili. Truffatori. Fatto un preventivo x cambiare delle valvole ed alzare la macchina del climatizzatore di un metro 555 euro. Alla fine 870 euro senza nemmeno avvisare che si erano sbagliati loro a fare il preventivo. Fatto pagare a noi l'uscita errata che hanno fatto fare loro ad un tecnico esterno. 289 euro di materiali (credo siano fatti di oro a questo punto dei tubi di plastica). Segnalati alla Daikin perché è un servizio non all'altezza del marchio. Penso i peggiori su Reggio e provincia
Terrible. Scammers. Made a quote to change the valves and raise the air conditioning machine by one meter 555 euros. In the end 870 euros without even informing them that they were wrong to make the estimate. Charged us the wrong exit which they had an external technician do for them. 289 euros worth of materials (I think plastic tubes are made of gold at this point). Referred to Daikin because it is a service not up to the mark. I think the worst in Reggio and its province
