★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON ESISTE ASSISTENZA PER LA GARANZIA, il centro assistenza interviene solo se devi tirare fuori i soldi, se deve ripararti qualcosa in garanzia spariscono, ed è impossibile avere assistenza, anche rivolgendosi alla casa madre non rispondono le email, e non hanno un numero di telefono. Intanto magari muori dal freddo!!! Fate attenzione evitate di comprare questo marchio. ELLEDI è da evitare!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprata 1 stufa...(ovviamente sfiga vuole) è difettosa (nonostante mi abbiano garantito che tutte le stufe vengono testate prima della vendita), da lì parte odissea:
-Impossibile ottenere assistenza in provincia di Milano
-Dal sito della casa madre si evince che loro non hanno numero verde
-Sempre dal sito le mail di richiesta di supporto non partono
-IL tecnico di zona (solo 1 per tutta Milano e provincia) non risponde
.....e tu crepi di freddo dopo il tuo acquisto.
Sconsigliatissimo l'acquisto di stufe di questa marca.
Bought 1 stove ... (obviously bad luck wants) it is defective (although they guaranteed me that all the stoves are tested before sale), from there the odyssey starts:
- Impossible to obtain assistance in the province of Milan
-The website of the parent company shows that they do not have a toll-free number
-Always from the site the support request emails do not leave
-The area technician (only 1 for the whole of Milan and the province) does not respond
..... and you are cold after your purchase.
We strongly advise against the purchase of stoves of this brand.
