PS: dopo la mia recensione la segretaria mi ha richiamata con tono minaccioso dicendomi che siccome non sono loro cliente non posso lasciare recensioni negative. Peccato che la caldaia me l'hanno montata loro e dovrebbero anche garantirmi assistenza. Che modi! E poi che vuol dire? anche se non avessi mai usufruito dei loro servizi sono questi i modi di trattare una persona che ha bisogno di assistenza? Terribili
this is the second time I call them for assistance, they say to call me back and they don't. To date they have never helped me.
PS: after my review the secretary called me back in a threatening tone saying that since I am not their customer I cannot leave negative reviews. Too bad they mounted the boiler for me and they should also guarantee me assistance. What ways! And what does it mean? even if I have never used their services are these the ways to treat a person in need of assistance? Terrible
