Mia madre, cliente da anni, alla semplice e legittima richiesta di prenotare un premio fedeltà si è vista rispondere da una dipendente infastidita che ciò si può fare unicamente tramite Internet. Il regolamento affisso in negozio e sul sito Elite parla chiaro:” richiedi il premio che desideri al box informazioni”.
Una vergogna approfittarsi di una donna anziana.
Già mal tolleravamo l”operatore sudamericano che con il supermercato zeppo di gente monopolizza la bilancia della frutta e verdura per la prezzatura ma a questo punto i soldi li portiamo da un altra parte visto anche i prezzi non esattamente popolari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale accogliente, sono sempre pronti a dare il consiglio giusto dal pane alla gastronomia e anche gli altri reparti.
Vado a fare la spesa in questo supermercato, soprattutto perché sono sicura che il personale che ci lavora non mi darebbero mai un prodotto non fresco o non di qualità specialmente in gastronomia, conoscendo ormai le mie esigenze.
