Ha delle potenzialità ma è gestito male. Staff screaming and pranking as if the customer didn't exist. At the counter or at the cashier it depends who you find, some want to work zero. It has potential but is poorly managed.

Assortimento eccellente e cura sia nell'esposizione che nei dettagli all'interno del punto vendita. Personale numeroso, gentile e preparato. Excellent large sales point inside the new shopping center located on Via Tuscolana on the outskirts of Frascati. Excellent assortment and care in both display and details within the store. Large, polite and well-trained staff.
E	Ettore C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella la struttura, comodo il parcheggio, assortimento merce buono ma livellato verso il medio basso, prodotti bio poco presenti, qualità generale media, purtroppo il solito fastidioso vizietto conad di esporre prezzi su offerte che poi alla cassa si trasformano in spiacevoli sorprese (“spiacente ma l’offerta è scaduta il...” ma allora perché lasci il prezzo esposto??? Poi in verifica il prezzo esposto scompare misteriosamente... ?). Peccato per le attese tradite! Speriamo che la gestione (crescendo) impari cosa significhi clientela... o in alternativa rimuova il personale non all’altezza; giudizio globale mediocre. Personale alle casse... insomma.. Beautiful structure, convenient parking, good assortment of goods but leveled towards medium-low, little organic products, average general quality, unfortunately the usual annoying vice conad to display prices on offers that then turn into unpleasant surprises at the checkout ("sorry but the offer expired on ... "but then why do you leave the displayed price ??? Then in verification the displayed price mysteriously disappears ... ?). Too bad for the expectations betrayed! We hope that the management (growing up) learns what customers mean ... or alternatively removes the staff who are not up to par; mediocre overall judgment. Staff at the cash desks ... well ...

Presente anche un banco macelleria, salumeria e pane. Personale super disponibile e molto preparato. I prezzi variano secondo le marche, ma i prodotti Conad sono ottimi. Consigliatissimo Great supermarket for shopping of all kinds from fruit and vegetables, to packaged meat to housewares, dog food and facts. There is also a butcher, delicatessen and bread counter. Super helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Prices vary according to brands, but Conad products are excellent. Highly recommended

Grandi occasioni ed offerte su una miriadi di prodotti... oggi sono rimasto sorpreso di offerte riguardanti una TV smart ed una lavatrice a prezzi davvero eccezionali, incredibile! Ampio parcheggio che permette a persone disabili di accendere facilmente al negozio, attività varie in loco e di ristorazione ! Posto consigliato per una spesa ricca di prodotti di qualità a prezzi molto convenienti! Easy to reach shopping center, brand new and fully stocked with everything. Great deals and offers on a myriad of products ... today I was surprised by offers regarding a smart TV and a washing machine at truly exceptional prices, incredible! Ample parking that allows disabled people to easily access the shop, various on-site activities and catering! Recommended place for a shopping full of quality products at very affordable prices!
