Ho preso accordi per portare la lavastoviglie il giorno seguente in laboratorio; preventivo effettuato in un paio di gg e lavastoviglie restituita in 15 gg
Molto professionali e disponibili a fornire spiegazioni sul malfunzionamento per evitare che si ripresenti.
I went to the laboratory for a problem with a BOSCH dishwasher; very kind welcome.
I made arrangements to take the dishwasher to the laboratory the following day; estimate made in a couple of days and dishwasher returned in 15 days
Very professional and willing to provide explanations on the malfunction to prevent it from happening again.

Servizio di assistenza su marchio Bosch con estensione di garanzia Estendo a dir poco imbarazzante. Lavastoviglie con allarme F19, diagnosi del "tecnico" (senza nemmeno accendere l'apparecchio): probabile guasto del dispenser detersivo e consiglio del "maestro in tecnologia" di versare ugualmente un po' di detersivo nella vasca.
Peccato che la lavastoviglie non si avvìa nemmeno.
Il pezzo va' ordinato e neppure lui sa' quando arriverà.
Sono passate 3 settimane ed alla richiesta di informazioni ad Estendo sono continuamente rimbalzato tra solleciti ignorati o mai inviati.
Mai più estensione di garanzia.

Dishwasher with alarm F19, diagnosis of the "technician" (without even turning on the appliance): probable failure of the detergent dispenser and advice of the "master of technology" to pour a little detergent into the tub anyway.
Too bad the dishwasher doesn't even start.
The piece must be ordered and not even he knows when it will arrive.
3 weeks have passed and the request for information to Extendo are continually bounced between ignored or never sent reminders.
No more warranty extension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho contattato due volte in due anni questo centro di assistenza, entrambe le volte per lo stesso elettrodomestico. (il primo intervento coperto da garanzia ed il secondo con estensione di garanzia). entrambe le volte ho dovuto sollecitare più volte negli uffici l'intervento dei tecnici (a quanto pare in ufficio dimenticavano sempre il mio intervento) e durante l'ultimo intervento, per errore dell'impiegata dell'ufficio (a detta dei tecnici errori che si presentano spesso), siamo rimasti senza frigo a due giorni da Natale, sostituito temporaneamente con uno molto meno capiente e che non raffredda nemmeno. ho provato a contattare più volte l'ufficio ma non ho più avuto risposta, sono stata liquidata con "siamo chiusi fino al 3 gennaio" e da quel messaggio in poi non ho più avuto risposta, non mi hanno dato nemmeno modo di prenotare l'intervento per il 3. davvero pessimo pessimo servizio da parte dell'ufficio e della gestione degli interventi.
I have contacted this service center twice in two years, both times for the same appliance. (the first intervention covered by warranty and the second with extended warranty). both times I had to request the intervention of the technicians several times in the offices (apparently in the office they always forgot my intervention) and during the last intervention, by mistake of the office employee (according to the technicians errors that occurred often present), we had no fridge two days before Christmas, temporarily replaced with a much less capacious one that does not even cool. I tried to contact the office several times but I have not received an answer, I have been liquidated with "we are closed until January 3" and from that message on I have not received an answer, they have not even given me the opportunity to book the intervention for the 3. really bad bad service from the office and the intervention management.
