★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di ogni cosa faccio i complimenti per la gentilezza con la quale siamo stati accolti e serviti.
I piatti, scelti da un menù ricco di ricette originali, erano buonissimi.
Ma la sorpresa è stata quella di ricevere dei piccoli omaggi dallo chef tra una portata e l'altra!
Consiglio per una serata romantica.
 First of all, I congratulate you on the kindness with which we were welcomed and served.
The dishes, chosen from a menu full of original recipes, were very good.
But the surprise was to receive small gifts from the chef between one course and another!
Recommend for a romantic evening.

Molto apprezzato il menù, ma rispettare le componenti dei piatti scritti in esso.
Vero sapore di pesce!
Il tutto è parzialmente rovinato dal personale.
Non trascurare la clientela giovane.
Il cameriere principale che beve ad un tavolo di altri clienti in prima vicinanza del mio tavolo.
Mi è stato portato il dolce senza posata ed ho dovuto pulire la forchetta con cui avevo precedentemente mangiato il pesce.
Sono accortezze che un posto del genere dovrebbe avere di base, soprattutto per la cucina che è il loro cavallo di battaglia.
Consiglio solo per la cucina.

The cake was brought to me without cutlery and I had to clean the fork with which I had previously eaten the fish.
These are precautions that such a place should have as a basis, especially for the cuisine which is their strong point.
I recommend only for the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elite è un nome che evoca qualcosa di elegante e raffinato. Questo locale e la sua cucina lo sono. Dall’antipasto al dolce c’è un percorso di gusto e bellezza gustativa e visiva.Personale qualificato e molto preparato sulla presentazione dei piatti. Norme COVID rispettate con la richiesta e il controllo del Greeen Pass per i clienti seduti all’interno. L’unico neo, a parer mio,il prezzo è un po’ esagerato considerando altre realtà locali. Per il resto sarete piacevolmente accompagnati da una bellissima vista sulla piscina e dalla brezza che a due passi viene dal mare.

Qualified and highly trained staff on the presentation of the dishes. COVID rules complied with with the request and control of the Greeen Pass for customers sitting inside. The only drawback, in my opinion, the price is a bit exaggerated considering other local realities. For the rest you will be pleasantly accompanied by a beautiful view of the pool and the breeze that comes from the sea a few steps away.

Arrivo in questo ristorante quasi per caso e siamo soli in sala. Una sala dai toni sobri del tortora che rendono piacevole il solo esservi all'interno.
Remo ci ha coccolati con una professionalità che va oltre la sua età (giovane ma piena di sapere...).
I piatti sono Perfetti...!!! per forma, sostanza ed equilibrio!
Riso cotto con saggezza, paccheri perfetti immersi in un sugo di scampi (...io dico che era una bisque) di livello!
Il piatto di antipasto assolutamente sopraffino! (Vedi foto)
Ogni piatto è giusta cornice del suo contenuto!
...e rimane perfetto dal primo degli antipasti fino al dolce!
La passione traspare e respira da ogni poro in questo luogo di piacere assoluto per il palato!
Una prima esperienza che ripeterò a breve!
Ma stavolta non darò le canoniche 4 stelle da confermare e passare alle 5.
Qui si parte da 5 stelle...e si può solo salire!

I arrive at this restaurant almost by chance and we are alone in the dining room. A room with sober shades of dove gray that make it pleasant just to be inside.
Remo pampered us with a professionalism that goes beyond his age (young but full of knowledge ...).
The dishes are perfect ... !!! for shape, substance and balance!
Rice cooked wisely, perfect paccheri dipped in a sauce of prawns (... I say it was a bisque) of level!
The antipasto platter absolutely superfine! (See photos)
Each dish is the right frame for its content!
... and it remains perfect from the first of the appetizers to the dessert!
Passion shines through and breathes from every pore in this place of absolute pleasure for the palate!
A first experience that I will repeat shortly!
But this time I will not give the canonical 4 stars to be confirmed and go to 5.
Here we start from 5 stars ... and you can only go up!
