Ho chiesto un taglio e mi è stato fatto identico alla foto mostrata ( cosa non scontata). Elisa è davvero attenta ed è un piacere ascoltare i suoi consigli per la cura dei capelli. In più mi ha fatto un taglio scalato che sul momento mi ha convinta che andava fatto per dare volume ai miei capelli fini. Mi ha fatto un trattamento che non ho richiesto e non mi ha nemmeno chiesto se lo volevo o no! Per tutto il tempo della seduta non ha fatto altro che cercare di vendermi dei prodotti che hanno in negozio. Ho pagato il doppio di quello che pago da altre parti senza aver avuto in cambio qualcosa in più. Anzi, ho avuto in cambio una bella delusione! Sono delusa perché mi sembrava un posto interessante.
