★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza, da fare piangere, per portare un mezzo proprio, bisogna inviare e-mail, dopo una settimana, il proprio mezzo lo porti in assistenza e rimane fermo per altri quattro, cinque giorni, senza che nessuno verifica perché il mezzo non funziona, telefoni e non risponde nessuno, da premettere che il mezzo serve per lavorare, non per andare in giro o a spasso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Consegnato un mezzo ( Merlo) andato in blocco subito dopo lo scarico in cantiere. Chiamata l’assistenza ( lunedì) non sono mai venuti. Dopo solleciti, email, ho detto di riprendersi il mezzo, si sono presentati il venerdì con i meccanici per sistemarlo.

Bad experience. A vehicle (Merlo) was delivered to block immediately after unloading on site. Call for assistance (Monday) they never came. After reminders, emails, I said to take the vehicle back, they showed up on Friday with the mechanics to fix it.
Never again!
