★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DA EVITARE!! ...non so come lavorino gli operatori di questa ditta perché chiamo il centralino per un problema al cancello esterno di casa 13giorni orsono,mi risponde una signorina che cortesemente mi fa presente che prima di una settimana non possono intervenire per surplus lavorativo,allorché concordo che mi ricontattino loro al termine dei 7giorni per avere un'appuntamento(visto che in qualchemaniera mi posso arrangiare lo stesso e "tirare avanti"...passati 12gg mi presento fisicamente e trovo una collega,le faccio presente la situazione e le spiego che grazie ad un temporale oltre al cancello elettrico adesso sono rimasto senza luci interne (completamente) ed avendo una sorella portatrice di handicap non posso avere buio totale in casa...mi dice che deve sentire un'operatore al suo rientro e vedere di risolvermi i problemi richiamandomi in mattinata il giorno dopo per darmi conferma o meno di un'intervento....
MAI SENTITO NESSUNO.
Magari gli operai sanno lavorare bene MA L'ORGANIZZAZIONE FA SCHIFO.....PECCATO!!
TO AVOID !! ... I don't know how the operators of this company work because I call the switchboard for a problem at the external gate of the house 13 days ago, I am told by a young lady who kindly informs me that before a week they cannot intervene for work surplus, when I agree that I get back to them at the end of the 7 days to have an appointment (since in some way I can arrange the same and "carry on" ... past 12 days I present myself physically and I find a colleague, I tell her the situation and explain her that thanks to a thunderstorm, in addition to the electric gate I now have no internal lights (completely) and having a handicapped sister I cannot have total darkness in the house ... he tells me that he must hear an operator on his return and see that I resolve myself problems recalling me in the morning the next day to give me confirmation or less of an intervention ....
NEVER HEARD ANYONE.
Maybe the workers know how to work well BUT THE ORGANIZATION FAILS ..... SIN !!
