Dopo avermi assicurato che me lo avrebbero ridato in "un paio di giorni" parte un calvario di più di 10 giorni in cui non sapevano dirmi quando me lo avrebbero ridato. Alla fine, il giorno prima della mia partenza, dato che i pezzi di ricambio non arrivavano, mi hanno detto che avrebbero rincollato la scocca anziché cambiare i pezzi. Risultato: 100 euro- per cui ho dovuto chiedere la fattura, perchè non me la stavano dando- per una scocca incollata, un tasto rotto e lo schermo che si accende e si spegne nel bel mezzo del lavoro. Assolutamente da consigliare in caso di problemi informatici "strani": se è un problema risolvibile, il titolare lo fa rapidamente, anche da remoto. Da consigliare anche a chi può avere bisogno di essere seguito nel post-vendita, cissche la grande distribuzione non può fare.
